Open Access & Copyright Framework

AgroScript Publishers is committed to supporting open research communication. Unless specified otherwise on an individual publication, all academic articles and content managed across our publishing platforms are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Under the CC BY 4.0 License, third parties are permitted to:
  • Share: Copy, redistribute, and transmit the material in any medium or format.
  • Adapt: Remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial uses.
  • Attribution Requirement: Proper credit must be given to the original authors, a link to the license provided, and an indication if any changes were made.

Author Retained Rights

Authors publishing with AgroScript Publishers retain full copyright of their scholarly work. Authors grant AgroScript Publishers an exclusive, permanent license to publish, index, host, and distribute the work digitally and in print formats.

Authors reserve the right to:

  • Deposit published PDF versions (Version of Record) into institutional repositories or personal domain profiles immediately upon publication.
  • Reuse figures, data tables, and excerpts in future personal or academic monographs, book chapters, or teaching materials with appropriate citation.
  • Grant permission to educational bodies to use the published material for classroom instruction without additional licensing fees.

Commercial & Bulk Reuse Permissions

For publications, trade digests, or textbooks that fall under specialized copyright frameworks or traditional subscription models (outside CC BY 4.0), written authorization from AgroScript Publishers is required for bulk reproduction, commercial translation, or platform re-syndication.
