1. Service Agreement
By engaging AgroScript Publishers for journal, magazine, or book publishing services, you agree to the technical and editorial workflows established by our management team. All service delivery timelines are dependent on timely submission of editorial content and necessary documentation by the client.
2. Copyright & Intellectual Property
AgroScript Publishers respects the intellectual property rights of all authors and partner institutions. We operate under the following principles:
- Authors retain the copyright to their original research and creative works.
- Clients must ensure they have full legal rights to publish the materials provided to AgroScript.
- AgroScript is granted a non-exclusive license to distribute, index, and host the content within our publishing infrastructure.
3. Editorial Integrity
All peer-reviewed journals published through our infrastructure must adhere to ethical publishing guidelines, including transparent conflict-of-interest disclosures and unbiased double-blind review processes. AgroScript reserves the right to suspend services for publications that fail to maintain these integrity standards.
4. Indexing & Archiving
While AgroScript Publishers provides the technical infrastructure and metadata preparation to facilitate indexing (e.g., Crossref, Google Scholar), the ultimate acceptance into specific proprietary databases remains at the discretion of those third-party indexing organizations.
5. Limitation of Liability
AgroScript Publishers acts as a service provider and technical infrastructure manager. We are not responsible for the scientific accuracy, claims, or opinions expressed by the authors within the publications we manage.
